Re-examination Visit: $70 (1 year or longer between treatments at our office)

Chiropractic Visit: $55

•  6 visits for $300 ($50 per treatment)
• 12 visits for $540 ($45 per treatment)

Radial Pressure Wave (Shockwave): $55

• 6 visits for $300 ($50 per treatment)
• 12 visits for $540 ($45 per treatment)

Decompression: $40

• 6 visits for $200 ($34 per treatment)
• 12 visits for $360 ($30 per treatment) 

Many plans have out of network benefits in which you can be reimbursed by submitting a "superbill" which we can provide after the appointments. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to see if you can use those benefits towards chiropractic care!
